• Processing times may vary, especially for custom orders. Estimated processing times are provided at checkout.
• Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We are not responsible for errors in the shipping address or order details provided by the customer.
• Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
• Freshies are intended for fragrance purposes only and should be kept out of reach of children and pets. Avoid direct contact with painted, plastic, leather, or other delicate surfaces, as we are not responsible for any damage caused by improper use.
• Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
